Basic occupational health and safety training prepared for workers in low-risk classes includes mandatory occupational health and safety training that includes at least 8 (eight) hours of basic information.
Occupational Health and Safety is not an individual concept that only affects the employee, but also a measure of a country’s level of development, the level of consciousness of the new generations that a healthy individual will raise, and a healthy and happy society. In order to achieve this, everyone’s right to life must be guaranteed at the highest level, regardless of age, gender, race, and profession, without discrimination between blue or white collar, worker, or civil servant.

Online safety training should be considered a strategic investment for businesses, beyond being just a legal obligation. These trainings spread the concept of safety to all employees, creating a safe environment in the workplace, as well as providing significant benefits such as reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the long term.
Online safety training allows employees to recognize hazards and learn how to take precautions against these hazards. This knowledge reduces the number of accidents that may occur in workplaces. The reduced number of accidents protects employee health, which is critical for business continuity, and minimizes workforce loss. For example, effective safety training in a production facility can significantly reduce annual accident rates, which directly contributes to the sustainability of production targets.
